Tsitsipas, 21, wins ATP Finals

Stefanos Tsitsipas rallied to beat Dominic Thiem 6-7 (6), 6-2, 7-6 (4) in London to become the youngest ATP Finals champion in 18 years and collect the biggest title of his career.

The Greek, 21, is the youngest champion since Lleyton Hewitt in 2001.

On the PGA Tour, Brendon Todd and Vaughn Taylor were tied for the lead at 20 under par with four holes left in the rain-delayed Mayakoba Golf Classic in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, when play was suspended because of darkness . ... Tommy Fleetwood shot a sevenunder 65 and rallied to win the Nedbank Golf Challenge in a playoff in Sun City, South Africa. Fleetwood beat Marcus Kinhult (68) on the first extra hole for his fifth European Tour victory. They finished at 12-under 276.

Former Auburn and NBA player Marquis Daniels, who is director of player developmen­t for the Tigers basketball program, was injured in an automobile accident Saturday night in Auburn, Ala., and transporte­d to a Birmingham hospital for treatment, an Auburn spokesman said.
