Musician John Legend and his wife, model Chrissy Teigen, have sold their Beverly Hills Post Office home for $16.8 million about a year after they first put it on the market.

That’s about 30% shy of their original price tag of $23.95 million but still $2.7 million more than they paid for it five years ago.

The power couple moved to a different part of Beverly Hills Post Office last summer, shelling out $17.5 million for a 10,700-square-foot ultra-modern mansion a few miles west in Benedict Canyon. The one they just sold is a bit smaller at 8,500 square feet but still wows with 33-foot ceilings, a sculptural staircase and primary suite complete with a “glam room.”

Legend and Teigen made the place their own during their half-decade stay, adding cerused oak floors, hot-rolled steel walls and patterned ceilings from Thailand.

A striking fireplace of brass and concrete anchors the living room, and other spaces include a chef ’s kitchen, formal dining room, movie theater, gym and music room.

Upstairs, the primary suite adds a marble tub, onyx sinks and access to one of the home’s three balconies overlooking a backyard with a saltwater pool, spa, outdoor kitchen and pergola wrapped in grapevines. In total, there are seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms across two stories.

Legend, 42, has won 12 Grammy Awards, including three for best R&B album. He also won an Oscar for the song “Glory,” from the 2014 film “Selma,” and last year released his seventh studio album, “Bigger Love.”

Teigen, 35, is a television personality, model and author. Last year she appeared on the Quibi show “Chrissy’s Court,” and she also appears on the competition shows “Lip Sync Battle” and “Bring the Funny.”

Marshall Peck of Douglas Elliman held the listing. Joyce Rey of Coldwell Banker Realty represented the buyer.

Cosmetics mogul aims for a record

In Irvine, the house that SeneGence built just hit the market for $49.95 million. If it sells for anywhere close, it’ll be the priciest real estate deal in the city’s history and rank as one of the most expensive transactions in Orange County.

The lavish estate is owned by Joni RogersKante. She’s the founder and chief executive of SeneGence International, a multilevel marketing cosmetics company headquartered a few miles away in Foothill Ranch.

Loaded with virtually every amenity imaginable, the 13,000-square-foot showplace was originally designed for sports talk radio host Jim Rome, who sold it to Rogers-Kante for $12.5 million in 2017, a record at the time for Irvine.

She’s been upgrading and expanding the estate for the last four years, and it now includes seven bedrooms, 12 bathrooms and over-the-top living spaces with Venetian stonework, ornate millwork and custom ceiling murals.

Indoor highlights include an award-winning movie theater, teleconference room, billiards room, poker room, wet bar, 1,000bottle wine room, massage room, gym, air-conditioned six-car garage and saunas both wet and dry.

A primary suite sits atop the three-story floor plan complete with a fireplace, dual wardrobes and a spacious deck.

Down below, a subterranean tunnel leads to one of the guest suites.

Outside, the nearly 1-acre grounds feature a swimming pool with a spa, diving board, underwater speakers and scuba system. There’s also a cold plunge, fire pit, pizza oven, cabana and driving range with an automated tee. The palmtopped space takes in sweeping views of the surrounding mountains and valleys.

Rogers-Kante founded SeneGence in 1999, and the multilevel marketing company has grown to include more than 500,000 distributors and brings in roughly $1 billion in annual revenue.

Tim Smith of Coldwell Banker Realty holds the listing.

Former 49ers coach lists his home turf

Jim Harbaugh’s stint as head coach of the San Francisco 49ers ended in 2014. Seven years later, he’s shopping around his Bay Area home for $13 million.

That’s about double the $6.3 million he paid for the property in 2012, records show. Harbaugh, who

played high school football nearby at Palo Alto High School, picked up the place after leading the 49ers to the NFC championship game and being named NFL coach of the year during his first season with the team.

The estate covers 1.3 acres in Atherton, an affluent enclave that is home to Bay Area sports stars such as Stephen Curry and Jerry Rice. It regularly ranks as one of the priciest ZIP Codes in the country.

A main house and guesthouse occupy the gated grounds, combining for five bedrooms and seven bathrooms across 8,500 square feet.

The main house is approached by a winding driveway and stone pathway, opening to formal spaces that combine hardwood floors, beamed ceilings and millwork across two stories.

A stone fireplace anchors the living room, and the chef ’s kitchen adds barrel ceilings. Other highlights include an office and bonus room, while the similarly styled guesthouse adds a gym and yoga studio with mirrored walls.

Trees surround the grassy backyard complete with a garden, playground, horseshoe pit and swimming pool with a diving board.

Harbaugh, 57, played quarterback for the Bears, Colts, Ravens and Chargers during a 14-year NFL career before turning to coaching, leading the 49ers to Super Bowl XLVII in 2013, where they lost to the Baltimore Ravens. He currently coaches at the University of Michigan, where he played college football and was a Heisman Trophy finalist.

The DeLeon Team at DeLeon Realty holds the listing.

Monterey County history is made

Monterey County just saw its most expensive sale as a coastal estate overlooking the Pebble Beach Golf Links traded hands for $32.69 million.

It barely edges out the previous record set in 2014 when a mansion in the same community sold for $31.25 million, records show.

This one was owned by Michael Fitzpatrick, former president and chief executive of the San Jose fiberoptics company E-Tek Dynamics.

He listed the mansion in May for $37.5 million and found a buyer just two weeks later, according to the Multiple Listing Service.

Overlooking the ocean and 13th fairway, the Mediterranean mansion keeps the golf theme going with its own putting green, chipping area and golf-simulation room.

There’s also a billiards room, bar, wine cellar, gym, movie theater and greenhouse across more than 10,000 square feet.

Beamed ceilings and stone archways touch up the living spaces, which include a galley-style kitchen and living room with ocean views. Six bedrooms and seven bathrooms complete the floor plan, including two primary suites.

Outside, the two-acre grounds add a winding landscaped driveway, a courtyard wrapped in ivy and a backyard with two patios and a fire pit.

In addition to the famed golf course, the Pebble Beach neighborhood has long been a landing spot for celebrities. Residents over the years have included George Lopez, Clint Eastwood, the Beach Boys’ Mike Love and Golden State Warriors owner Joe Lacob.

Canning Properties of Sotheby’s International Realty Carmel Rancho held the listing. Nicholas Glaser, also with Sotheby’s, represented the buyer.
