Grammy-winning rapper Lil Nas X reveals a suit of armor Monday for the 2021 Met Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Returning from last year’s COVID-19 cancellation, the annual red carpet fashion exhibition was themed “American Independence.” The show’s co-chairs were “Dune” actor Timothée Chalamet, tennis champion Naomi Osaka, Grammy-winning singer Billie Eilish and Los Angeles poet Amanda Gorman, who delivered her poem “The Hill We Climb” at President Biden’s inauguration in January.
