“I am a storyboard artist working in Los Angeles. I grew up in Kenosha, Wis., where it used to be nothing but cows, corn and an old windmill where you can stop for lunch. The Kemper Center is a place I find peace because it’s sitting off the edge of Lake Michigan surrounded by old historic homes, a little flower garden and waves crashing against the stones.
