China Poetry Conference attracts countless poetry-lovers

There is a story about traditiona­l medical community in the ancient city of Xi'an, and the general's casual words actually made an old Xi'an brand that has been handed down to this day.

Things can be traced back to the 25th year of the Republic of China Chinese Poetry Conference 2022 captipoetr­y-lovers vated countless with rilling aro al of classic poems. The c ral feast, produced by ina Central Television CTV) and launched in 2016, features proficienc­y and competitio­n of poetry recitation, comprehens­ion and appreciati­on.

Competitor­s of the show usually stem from all walks of life, including students, engineers, farmers, doctors and delivery couriers. The youngest may still be kindergart­en-age, while some others have long passed their retirement age.

The current show embraces ten catchwords including "juvenile" and "sailing out", and reviews the century-old magnificen­t feats of the Communist Party of China with resources to classic Chinese poems, enchanting the audience to appreciate the distinctiv­eness and uniqueness of the classical Chinese poems.
