We honor World Press Freedom Day.
Times photojournalists have entered a war zone to risk their lives for the sake of capturing the truth as it happens. Their photos have laid bare a grim reality of unimaginable violence, grief and suffering for the people of Ukraine. These stories can be hard to take in, but we mustn’t look away.
