Power couple Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne are looking to unload their trophy home in Hancock Park, listing the 1920s architectural gem for $18 million.

Ozzy, who rose to fame as the lead singer of Black Sabbath, and Sharon, who cohosted “The Talk” for more than a decade, bought the manor for $11.85 million in 2015 from film producer Oren Koules, best known for the “Saw” franchise.

The mansion was built in 1929, and during their sevenyear stay, the Osbournes updated the place while keeping close to its Old Hollywood style.

An arched wooden door sets a stately tone, leading to formal spaces such as a two-story foyer with herringbone floors, a living room under a crystal chandelier and a wood-paneled office anchored by a stone fireplace.

Another highlight comes in the kitchen, which the pair outfitted with splashes of marble and a curved breakfast booth.

An elevator navigates the three-story floor plan. Upstairs, there’s a huge primary suite with dual bathrooms and dressing rooms. Down below, there’s a plush red screening room wrapped in velvet.

In total, the mansion features six bedrooms and nine bathrooms across 11,500 square feet, including a separate guest apartment above the garage.

Out back, the half-acre grounds add a swimming pool surrounded by gardens, hedges and a fountain.

Ozzy, 73, found success with Black Sabbath and also as a solo artist, releasing nine albums with the band and 13 on his own, including the upcoming “Patient Number 9.”

In 2006, he was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Sharon, 69, hosted her own talk show, “The Sharon Osbourne Show,” before joining “The Talk” in 2010. She left that show in 2021.

The London native also served as a judge on the talent shows “The X Factor” and “America’s Got Talent.”

Together, the pair starred in “The Osbournes,” a reality show that followed their family life.

Jonah Wilson and Joshua Greer of Hilton & Hyland hold the listing.

A Midcentury gem with chic 1970s feel

There’s fame in the floorboards of this Bel-Air home. Built half a century ago for Doors guitarist Robby Krieger and more recently owned by Limp Bizkit frontman Fred Durst, the Midcentury gem has surfaced for sale at $13.9 million.

Perched on 1.4 acres overlooking Los Angeles, the low-slung residence recalls the work of Midcentury architects such as Frank Lloyd Wright and John Lautner. It’s been restored in recent years but still hangs on to its chic 1970s aesthetic with sharp angles, long hallways and quirky spaces lined with wood, stone and glass.

Five pillars mark the entry, leading into a 6,600square-foot floor plan with terrazzo f loors and dramatic beamed ceilings. Indooroutdoor living is the emphasis here, as the single-story home wraps around an interior courtyard with a swimming pool and spa.

Other highlights include an oversize fireplace in the living room and a modern wood kitchen. The primary suite, one of four bedrooms and 4 1⁄2 bathrooms, has two custom closets and two showers — one inside and one outside.

Outside are patios and lawns lined with landscaping. A curved lounge wraps around a fire pit.

Patty Best and Chad Lund of Douglas Elliman hold the listing.

A native of L.A., Krieger joined the Doors in 1965 and co-wrote hits such as “Light My Fire” and “Touch Me.” He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of the band in 1993.

Actor’s Spanish villa lists in Miami

After nine years in Miami, actor Christian Slater is shopping around his Spanish-style villa for $3.95 million.

Slater, who starred in films such as “Heathers” and “True Romance,” paid $2.21 million for the property in 2013. He has made a few changes since then, swapping dark hardwood floors for lighter oak ones and adding modern fixtures in the living spaces.

Covering a quarter of an acre, the property sits a short walk away from Biscayne Bay in Coconut Grove, an affluent neighborhood with celebrity residents over the years including Madonna, Sylvester Stallone and LeBron James.

Gates shield the home from the street, opening to a lushly landscaped driveway that leads to the covered entry. Built in 1928 and updated since, the two-story spot features four bedrooms, 3 1⁄2 bathrooms and custom arched mahogany doors across nearly 3,300 square feet.

A Juliet balcony hangs off the primary suite, and the second story opens to a terrace overlooking a private backyard with a pool and patio. A detached guesthouse with a steam shower completes the property.

Liz Hogan and Charles Celesia of Compass Florida hold the listing.

Slater, 52, had roles in “Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves,” “Interview With the Vampire” and “Dr. Death.” He also won a Golden Globe for his performance in the drama series “Mr. Robot.”
