Joe passed away peacefully in the twilight hours of Monday, July 25th. He was comfortabl­e in his home with his significan­t other Elvira at his side.

Joe was born March 9, 1934 in Niagara New York to Joseph Perri Sr. And Eugenia Perri. The family moved out west to Southern California in the 1950’s. They settled in Westwood where he resided until his passing.

Uncle Joe was a UCLA Journalism alumnus and loved rooting for the Bruins. He was also a life long Yankee fan, and would be buried in pinstripes if possible.

Joe was a 1st generation American, and a US Army Veteran, he loved his country very much and was proud of his service.

He is survived by his significan­t other Elvira, nieces, nephews and many close friends.

Services will be held on Thursday July 28, 2022 at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Community Church in Westwood, at 1526 Selby Ave. Los Angeles, CA 90024. Rosary will be at 10:00 am, Mass 11:00 am, with burial to follow at Pierce Brothers Westwood Village Memorial Park and Mortuary at 12:00 noon, 1218 Glendon Ave. Los Angeles, CA 90024. Please join friends and family to celebrate the life of Joseph Perri.
