IBARRA, Mary Alice

March 28, 1929 - July 31, 2022

On July 31, 2022, Mary Alice Ramona (Bauer) Ibarra, beloved aunt, sister, and daughter, passed away at the age of 93. Mary was born on March 28, 1929, in Sioux City, Woodbury County Iowa, to Alvin Joseph Bauer and Mary Alice (Conger) Bauer. Mary moved to Los Angeles, California in the early 50’s, living on Willowcrest Avenue in North Hollywood, and worked as a barber and commercial singer. She lived the California dream on for thirty-eight years before retiring to Tishomingo, Johnston County, Oklahoma. Mary was preceded in death by her mother, Alice, her father, Alvin, and his wife Maxine, her sister Caroline Trammell (Russell) and brother Alvin Jr. She is survived by many nieces and nephews who loved her dearly. A graveside service was held on Friday, August 5th, 2022, at Teller Mountain Cemetery. Flowers or donations may be sent to 305 E Main St, Tishomingo, OK 73460.
