KRAUSE, Carol Christiana

May 25, 1951 - August 30, 2022

Carol was a wonderful human being – devoted sister and aunt, loving, compassionate, thoughtful, intelligent, and generous. She was always more concerned about the well-being of others than herself. Spending time with family and their pets, friends, and being a patron of the arts brought her joy and comfort. She was a longtime supporter of the LA Philharmonic, LA Opera, LA Library, Jane Austen Society, and many charitable organizations. Travelling was a big part of her life and she was fortunate to visit countries all over the world. She dedicated her professional career working for two organizations – The California State PTA and The Da Camera Society of Mount Saint Mary’s University. Loved by her brother Greg, sister-in-law Terry, niece Allison; cousins Ellen, Steve, Cynthia, Patricia; second cousins Tracy, Todd, Rick, Presley, Riley, Reece; and long-time friends Kristine, Julie, Sandy, and Laura. She will be deeply missed by all family and the friends whose lives she enhanced with her caring nature.
