I started noting how long I spent on hold. Bank of America holds the record: 47 minutes. Once, an associate named Logan told me I needed to make a statement and go to any Bank of America branch to get it notarized. My local branch did not have a notary, they said when I got there, and if they did, I would have needed to make an appointment. Back to the phone queue.
