Outrage No. 6

I reported my wallet stolen to the San Francisco Police Department on Nov. 24, 2018. I left a follow-up voicemail message on Nov. 27. No one responded. When the mail started arriving with all the bad account information in January 2019, I realized I needed a copy of that report. I left four more voicemails. No one got back to me until I filed a records request for the report with my L.A. Times email.
