LAZNER, Doris Zacky

May 9, 1930 - November 5, 2022

Doris Zacky Lazner passed away peacefully on November 5, 2022. Born in Boyle Heights to Jack and Esther Zacky, Doris graduated from Fairfax High School before becoming a real estate broker. Her solo career was short-lived, as she soon met her true love of 52 years, Hal and they formed one of the first husband/wife real estate duos in Beverly Hills. Doris and Hal traveled the world together and shared a zest for life, but always kept their roots in Beverly Hills and became an integral part of the community.

Doris enjoyed a game of cards and a glass of Chardonnay as much as anyone, and was always the life of the party. She was a dynamic, remarkable person who made friends wherever she went.

She is survived by her daughters, Leslie Lazner Geller (Bruce), and Jolette Jai (Alan); four grandchildren, Jakob, AJ, and Emily Wolken, and Gabriel Susser.

Doris was preceded in death by her husband, Hal.

Funeral Services to be held 11/9/2022 at 2 p.m. at Hillside Memorial Park.
