One of the two players (along with Rajon Rondo) to win a title with the Lakers (1954) and Boston Celtics (twice), this 6-9 center played four seasons with Minneapolis, averaging 17.2 points and 11.2 rebounds while perfecting a onehanded shot. The four-time All-Star — once with the Lakers when he was AllNBA in 1956 — was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1988.
