Governors Awards: In the Nov. 21 Calendar section, an article on the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences said songwriter and 13time nominee Diane Warren is the most nominated woman in Oscar history. Costume designer Edith Head received 35 nominations. Mt. Kilimanjaro: In the Nov. 20 Section A, a photo caption accompanying an article about climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro identified the man offering a prayer of gratitude for the summit as guide Andrew Mafie. The man in the photo is an unidentified climber. Also, the photo should be credited to Douglas Hardy, not Jack Dolan.
