Herbert undergoes shoulder surgery
Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert had surgery on his left, non-throwing shoulder, the team announced.
The procedure addressed an issue with his labrum. The Chargers said the expectation is that Herbert will be ready for their spring offseason program. He was hurt during the team’s Week 17 victory over the Rams but did not miss any playing time.
