Virtual cooking class Jan. 25

The Los Gatos Public Library is hosting a virtual cooking class with food educator Amber Benson, creator of the amberoncini brand, on Tuesday, Jan. 25. The class will focus on healthy and locally available ingredients, with participants learning to make a winter panzanella salad and chicken paillard.
