Silicon Valley Realtors congratulate 2022 KARL leadership

The Silicon Valley Association of Realtors (SILVAR) and members of neighboring real estate organizations congratulated Northern California Korean American Realtors and Lenders Association (KARL) 2022 President Sang Kang and the 2022 KARL Board of Directors at the association’s year-end celebration held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Foster City on Dec.

12, 2021. 2021 SILVAR President Joanne Fraser represented the Silicon Valley Realtors group at the event. Joining Fraser at the event were SILVAR Global Business Council Chair Atsuko Yube and GBC member Chika Mori. Yube and Mori also represented the Asian Real Estate Association of Realtors Silicon Valley chapter.

On behalf of SILVAR, Fraser congratulated Kang, saying, “I’m happy

to be here and meet your members and look forward to strengthening our friendship. As an advocate for homeownership for all, SILVAR ishappytoserveasa resource for your association and its members.”

KARL’S mission is to “synergize the leaders of real estate and lenders within the Korean American communities in the greater Bay Area by facilitating continued professional development of its members and affiliates. KARL is dedicated to promoting the highest ethical standards of practice in the industry and empowering its members to represent the best interest of property owners.”

In his message to members and guests, Kang, who

is a residential and commercial broker and owner of Palazzo Investment Group in San Jose, said KARL has grown with Korean American residents for the past 23 years. Since its founding in 1996, KARL has contributed to the development of local communities by developing necessary expertise and helping the Northern Korean American residents create a comfortable residential environment by cooperating with Northern Korean American real estate and loan specialists.

“I hope KARL continually contributes to the solid foundation of Korean American Community, which have been firmly rooted in the American community. We will continually make great relationships with sponsors and members to share joy for a better future! Let’s work together,” said Kang.
