JULY 5

PETTY THEFT: 10:15 a.m. on Bicknell Road. Two tables and six chairs were stolen.

TRESPASS: 10:30 a.m. on South Santa Cruz Avenue. A man jumped the locked fence near the elevators and placed his belongings on the property.

MUNI CODE VIOLATION: 9:13 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church on Los Gatos Boulevard. Loud constructi­on noise was coming from church, and the reporting party felt it was too late for them to be working.

BATTERY: 3:30 p.m. at Vasona Park on Garden Hill Drive. A juvenile attending summer camp at Vasona Park was attacked by an older juvenile, who pushed him to the ground and began hitting him. During the assault, the victim had difficulty breathing. He had abrasions on his neck and a bite mark on his chest.

JULY 7 VEHICLE CODE VIOLATION:

10:41 a.m. at Cherryston­e Drive and Blossom Hill Road. Drivers continue to make left turn onto Blossom Hill Road from Cherryston­e in violation of posted “Right turn only” sign. Additional­ly, there is a posted “Do not enter” sign that drivers also ignore.

BATTERY: 1:22 p.m. on the Los Gatos Creek Trail near Charter Oaks Drive and Willow Hill Court. An 11-year-old boy was riding his bike on the creek trail and was pushed over by a male riding an white electric motorcycle.

JUVENILE DISTURBANC­E: 3:05 p.m. at Ace Hardware (Rural Supply) on South Santa Cruz Avenue. A driver who almost hit two juveniles on electric bikes thinks they are unsafe on the bikes.

PETTY THEFT: 4:21 p.m. at Lunardis Market on Blossom Hill Road. Someone stole an 80-year-old woman's purse out of her cart and tried to use her cards at a nearby CVS.

JULY 8

TRESPASS: 2:07 p.m. on North Santa Cruz Avenue. A man forced his way in. He didn't cause any damage and wanted to use bathroom.

PETTY THEFT: 2:16 p.m. at Sephora on University Avenue. Three separate thefts, two for $500and one for $300, have been reported. Two of the thefts are related.

TRESPASS: 4:10 p.m. at Live Oak Apartments on Blossom Hill Road. Two people were asked to leave multiple times. They were soliciting religious materials, and tenants were calling in complainin­g. VANDALISM: 10:30 p.m. at Muni Lot 3on Royce Street. The rear window of a 2022 Porsche was smashed; nothing was taken.

JULY 9

TRESPASS: 10:26 a.m. at Bay Club Courtside on Winchester Boulevard. A transient kept chasing members and yelling at staff.

BATTERY: 4:46 p.m. on Miles Ave. A resident said his next-door neighbor hit him with a traffic cone.

JULY 10 NOISE DISTURBANC­E:

12:30 a.m. at 14235 Walker St. The upstairs neighbors were playing loud music, and the downstairs tenant tried to get them to quiet down by tapping a broom on the ceiling. The neighbors responded by stomping on the floor.

GRAND THEFT:

12:51 a.m. on Farley Road. An unlocked black Chevy Silverado was rummaged through. Loss includes a handgun and a box of Pokemon cards.
