From the Reporter-herald photo archives at the Loveland Museum: “Several hundred people attended Saturday's Children’s Fair and Balloon Release in a parking area in the Orchards Center sponsored by the Licensed Family Child Care Association. There were 10 booths representing area child care providers along with resource agencies and the Loveland Crime Prevention office. Among the performers was the Mary Constantine Nelson Dance Company, above.” Originally published April 17, 1988.
