Biden’s border policy is failing

There’s a disaster at our southern border because of the inept Biden administration. When Joe said in essence, “Y’all come, we won’t stop you,” they came. In droves. By trains, automobiles, buses, on foot, and at 15-year record high numbers.

Trump left in January with a “remain in Mexico” policy in place along with border wall construction that discouraged illegal immigration, human trafficking, smuggling, and crime.

Now at 12 weeks into the Biden administration, we have a mess. The detention facilities are packed, COVID cases are not separated from the healthy, sexual assaults are rampant, people are sleeping on concrete floors side-by-side, detainees aren’t being fed properly, Yemeni terrorists and MS-13 gang members have been captured, children are drowning in the Rio Grande or found wandering alone in the desert, groups of undocumented people are being bused and dropped off in the interior of the U.S., and border agents are overrun dealing with the crowds and can’t properly do their jobs.

Property owners near the border give food and water to migrants to encourage them to move along and not harm them. A rancher reported finding 10 dead bodies per year on his property over the last decade. With this surge, how many will he find in 2021?

Democrats love illegal immigrants because they usually vote Democratic, but they don’t care if they are suffering. Democrats are pushing for massive election law changes with HR1, the For the People Act, because it nearly guarantees Democratic wins and keeps them in power. They’re not sorry if you lose your job to someone working under the radar. They don’t care if it stretches local non-profit human ser vices to the brink.

Turn it around, Joe. Build the wall and reinstate Trump’s policies because yours are a failure.
