As we enter into what is supposed to be Colorado’s snowy month of the year, don’t sit at home waiting for the flakes to fall. Get out and about Greeley, Windsor, Loveland and around northern Colorado.

From a historic fashion show at the Greeley Museum and a seed swap in Fort Collins and speed dating at Tom Davis Saloon in Loveland and a Grilled Cheese and Mac Fest in Denver, March is starting out strong with fun events for all ages.

Check out these 23 events taking place the week of March 4-10.

1. Have a Joe with Five-o is set for 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the Evans Community Complex, 1100 37th St. The event will give community members of all ages the opportunit­y to meet local law enforcemen­t, ask questions, voice concerns and learn more about the department. 2. Join Museum at Twilight for a historic fashion show at 4 p.m. at 714 8th St. The event will feature pieces from the museum’s collection of period clothing ranging from the 1870s to 1910s. 3. The 16th annual Seed and Swap will take place from 10 a.m. to noon at the Old Town Library, 201 Peterson St. in Fort Collins. The free event will allow people of all ages to come and trade seeds, pick up new ones, receive free seed-starting soil and pots, attend seminars and more. 4. Best Friends Night, hosted by Kids’ Nite Out, will take place from 7-10 p.m. at the Windsor Community Recreation Center, 250 N. 11th St. with craft stations, swimming, games, sports games, a scavenger hunt and much more for kids ages 7-12. 5. The Larimer County 4-H Foundation and Larimer County CSU Extension 4-H are hosting a carnival from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the First National Bank Building at 5280 Arena Circle in Loveland. The free event is open to all ages and will include game booths, vendors, food and drinks, a live auction and more. All proceeds benefit 4_H programs in Larimer County. 6. Cheese lovers from all across the state will be converging on Denver for the 2023 Mile High Grill Chees and Mac Fest from noon to 8 p.m. at the Stockyard Events Center, 5004 National Western Drive. Adults age 21 and older can sample grilled cheese and
