2. Exploring the Caregiver Journey Through Words: A Virtual Writing Workshop with Author Laura Davis is set for 10:30 a.m. online. The program will teach caregivers of loved-one with memory loss how to express their emotions, frustratio­ns, challenges and more through writing and storytelli­ng. 3. Take a trip up to Estes Park for History and Haunted Tours of the Historic Park Theatre at 4 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. at 130 Moraine Ave. The tour will teach attendees about the oldest single house operating movie theater in the

4. Grace Community Church is hosting a free Ladies Night Out from 6-8:30 p.m. at 2033 W. S. First St. in Johnstown. The event will feature a powerful story that will renew, strengthen and empower attendees.the event is open to adults age 18 and older and registrati­on is requested. Ninety Percent 90s will be performing some of the most iconic music of that decade at 8 p.m. at the Moxi Theater, 802 Ninth St. The three-piece cover band will perform a variety of music from the 90s, including throwback hits by Sublime, Britney Spears, Nirvana and others. All ages with a valid photo ID are welcome to attend. Tickets are $20 per person in advance, $25 per person at the door with options for reserved seating. 6. Backtrack Vocals A Capella Group is scheduled to perform at 7:30 p.m. at Central High School, 5500 Education Drive in Cheyenne. The five-member group from New York City each brings their own unique sound and skills to the group for a fun evening of entertainm­ent for all ages.
