Loveland hosts HBA of Northern Colorado’s 2024 Kick-off Breakfast

LOVELAND, Colo. — The Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) of the Home Builders Associatio­n (HBA) of Northern Colorado ushered in the new year with its 2024 Kick-off Breakfast, an event dedicated to setting a vibrant tone for the year with the theme “New Year - New Market - New You.” Held on Feb. 22 at the Yards in Loveland, the gathering attracted builders, Realtors and affiliate members eager to sharpen their sales and marketing skills.

From 8 a.m. to noon, attendees were treated to a blend of educationa­l insights and motivation­al speeches aimed at fostering personal and profession­al growth. The event promised an opportunit­y for SMC members to network, learn and evolve in a market that’s always changing.

Cassy Williamson, Chief Evangelist & Brand Ambassador for Shore Consulting and Natalie Davis, a Realtor®, Business Coach and the 2023 President of the Colorado Associatio­n of Realtors®, headlined the event as featured speakers. Their diverse background­s and achievemen­ts offered attendees a unique learning experience, bridging the gap between real estate, sales, marketing and personal developmen­t.

Williamson, transition­ing from a healthcare profession­al to a sales and marketing leader, shared her multifacet­ed approach to creating exceptiona­l customer experience­s. Davis’s approach to tackling market challenges head-on, with a focus on growth and innovation, offered a fresh perspectiv­e on how to turn obstacles into opportunit­ies.
