The Big Challenge

Last week we looked at two issues listed on pages 82 and 83 of the 2020 Democratic Party Platform. pdf available on the web. “Democrats ... will repeal the Title X domestic gag rule and restore federal funding for Planned Parenthood” - abortion clinics.

Thanks to the Democrats, and those who voted them into office, every taxpayer in America will help pay for the murder of millions of babies over the next 4 years.

In the Lord’s eyes. “Hands that shed innocent blood ... are an abomination unto him” ( Proverbs 6: 16).

Also in their platform, “Democrats ... will restore the United States’ position of leadership on LGBTQ+ issues. ... We will amplify the voices of LGBTQ+ ( Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals, Transgenders, etc.) persons around the world.” Those voices cry out for same sex marriage.

While God loves the whole world of people ( John 3: 16), including LGBTQ’s, God does not love sinful conduct, “vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another” ( Romans 1: 26- 27).

“Neither fornicators, ... nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, ... shall inherit the kingdom of God” (1 Corinthians 6: 9- 10).

Thanks again to the Democrats, and to those who voted them into office, our nation will encourage and even exalt those who violate several of God’s laws.

According to Deuteronomy 28: 1- 2,15, the United States under Democratic leadership is daring God to curse us with worse disasters than the COVID- 19, storms, and closed businesses which we are now experiencing. Both houses of our congress, and the President, are under control of those who are leading our nation down the path of destruction.

We may never know how much good another 4 years of “conservative” control of the senate and the presidency might have brought to America. Hopefully, most of the judges appointed during the past 4 years will remain in office long enough to reverse some of the ungodly acts of our Democrat- led Washington, DC lawmakers.

The major TV networks, and even the Associated Press, are taking words spoken by Donald Trump out of context and adding their own misguided interpretations into them, knowing that most of our “Jet Age” population will not take the time to impartially analyze his speeches.

Those who have enough sense to do so will know that Donald Trump does not participate in, nor encourage physical violence.

Donald Trump is right about one thing: Christians do need to stand up and be counted.

Because we have a fight on our hands. Let’s do our fighting at the polls a year from now, and every two years thereafter. Let’s demand that the Democrats remove anti- God statements from both their words and their actions. Let’s vote them out of office every chance we get until they do so. Because we need God’s blessings.

Before social media steal our right to freely speak against those destructive politicians, let’s take some of their power away from them.

Let’s watch alternate news programs besides what’s on ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, and CNN. If every Christian refused to support news written and spoken by those deceivers, then their sponsors would force them to quit “shaping” the news by editing out the truth.

If we don’t do something soon, it will be too late. Satan will fully become both “the prince of the power of the air” ( Ephesians 2: 2), and “prince of this world” ( John 12: 31; 14: 30).

Then if God’s timetable hasn’t brought Jesus Christ back to us, we will all be in trouble. Let’s pray, while we put action to our prayers ( James chapter 2).
