Arkansas State University Three Rivers Chancellor Dr. Steve Rook recently announced that an anonymous donor has made it possible for the college to offer free tuition this fall to a limited number of students who want to enroll in the following programs:
Healthcare Admin./medical Office Admin.: 12 seats available Computer Network Management.: 12 seats available
Criminal Justice: 12 seats available
Cosmetology: 15 seats available
Mechatronics: 12 seats available
Teaching: 15 seats available
