Glen Rose Jr. Beavers finish seventh, Jr. Lady Beavers place fourth at district track meet
PRESCOTT—THE Glen Rose Jr. Beavers and Jr. Lady Beavers had several tracksters compete in a variety of running and field events during the 3A-7 Jr. High District meet hosted at Cummins Stadium in Prescott. The Jr. Beavers finished sixth place overall and racked up 19 points in junior high boys meet competition. The
Jr. Lady Beavers had a productive team finish and placed fourth overall to earn 55 points for their production at the district meet.
The host school Prescott Curley Cubs captured the boys conference title with 225.50 points and Ashdown finished runner-up.
In the girls meet competition, Ashdown placed first to capture the conference title with 218.50 points— Prescott was runner-up with 181.

In the 100 meter dash— Zavery May placed seventh with a time of 13.76, Christina Vann finished with a time of 14.26
In the 200 meter dash— Zavery May placed seventh with a time of 29.50, Christina Vann finished with a time of 30.40
In the 400 meter dash— Zavery May placed second with a time of 66.66, Christina Vann finished with a time of 74.84
In the 800 meter run— Jaeselynn Dubois finished with a time of 3:14.16, Brianna Brown finished with a time of 3:41.11
In the 100 meter hurdles— Hadley Hood placed second with a time of 17.92, Kaitlyn Stevens finished with a time of 20.76
In the 300 meter hurdles— Hadley Hood placed second with a time of 53.49, Kaitlyn Stevens finished with a time of 62.27
