Blame That Other Guy?
In Genesis 3:11-13, God put Adam, Eve and the Devil on trial. First he accused Adam, “Hast thou eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat?”
Adam nodded his head towards Eve and said, “The woman whom thou gavest to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I did eat. And the LORD God said unto the woman, What is this that thou hast done?
And the woman said, The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat.” Then God looked steadfastly upon that serpent, the Devil. Satan shrugged his shoulders, looked frantically to his right and to his left, but found no one else to blame.
Comedian Flip Wilson was famous for excusing himself from trouble, saying, “The Devil made me do it.”
It’s true that Satan doesn’t actually do dirty deeds himself: he works through people. And seemingly there are a lot of rotten tomatoes in the world who are willing to be used by Satan to accomplish wickedness. In addition, there are are a lot of people who are basically not horrible, and yet at times allow themselves to be used by Satan to cause bad things to happen. Why is that so?
Because practically no one these days teaches us about Satan and demons. In Jesus’ three years of ministry during his First Advent on earth, demons were busy possessing people, tormenting their bodies and their minds. Demons caused one little boy to writhe about, nearly burning and drowning himself (Matthew 17:15). Another man was possessed by a legion of thousands of demons (Mark 5:9-13). Casting demons out of people kept Jesus about as busy as did healing them from other ailments.
Where are all those demons today? Have they been annihilated? Are they locked away somewhere? No! They’re still here operating among us! Only now, more people are ignorant of their existence. And that makes demons more dangerous than they were 2,000 years ago.
What sick perversion causes a grown man to be sexually attracted to an infant or toddler?
The child’s body parts haven’t even developed into the curves of an attractive mature woman! It’s demonic!
What causes a maniac to go into a train station or theater firing a gun to kill as many innocent people as possible?
There’s no financial gain in it - only life in prison, and maybe death for the gunman.
Demons have infected and affected his brain! Why do so many women today want to end the lives of their children, either while in their wombs, or after their births? Women were created by God with the same special protective instinct that a mother bear has for her cubs. Demons are behind it - that’s why.
Satan and demons have hated Yəhohwah Father God and Yeshua Jesus Christ for thousands of years. They use people to get back at Father God who created us, and to try and hurt Jesus Christ who died to save us.
Those dirty devils would do anything in order to prevent as many as possible from getting saved, making Heaven their home. Devils have read Revelation 20:10; 2 Peter 2:4; Jude 1:6. Hell is waiting for them and the fallen angels who begat them.
They want to drag as many as possible to Hell with them.
Don’t let those dirty devils keep Heaven from you! And don’t let anyone, not even those you care about, convince you that Jesus Christ did not die on the cross for you.
