Museum Minute

This antique Table Crumb Catcher Set is part of a 13-piece silverplate collection. It bears the mark of James W. Tufts of Boston and is warranted as quadruple plate. Tufts was in business from 1875-1915. It was used, as the name implies, to catch and remove any crumbs that fell on the table.
