Myrna Gayle Hardage Bonner

Myrna Gayle Hardage Bonner, age 79 passed away on March 29, 2024 at Anew Healthcare in Odessa, Missouri. Gayle was born to Lloyd Franklin Hardage and Helen Denise ( Sheets) Hardage.

Gayle lived most of her life in Southern California before moving to Hot Springs, Arkansas in 2022. She then moved to Odessa, MO. earlier this year.

Gayle received all 12 years of education from Malvern School District ( Arkansas) and graduated with the Class of 1962. Gayle had a wonderful personalit­y. She was fun to be with, always smiling, kind, caring, loyal, and happy. She was well liked. Gayle was voted Most Beautiful, a cheerleade­r and Homecoming Queen.

As a little girl she met Frank Boers, Jr, who would become her High School Sweetheart. Life had them going their separate ways after graduation and starting their families . Over 40 years later, Gayle had found that Frank had changed his name profession­ally to Frank Bonner and that he was still the love of her life, as she was his. They were united in marriage in Catalina Island, California on July 28,2006 and spent every day together until Frank’s last breath on June 16, 2021.

Prior to retiring to spend more time with her husband and their blended families, Gayle worked as a receptioni­st in accounts payable and for many years she worked for Boeing and CHAD in Robotics Industries.

In addition to her parents and husband, Gayle was preceded in death by a daughter, Jacqueline Denise Jackson; sister- inlaw, Jacqueline ( Jackie) Hardage, stepson Michael Bonner and step- grandson Jackson Bonner.

She is survived by and deeply missed by her daughter. Deandra Gayle Freed ( Matt); stepdaught­er, Desiree Boers~ Kirt

( Mona); two stepsons; six great- grandchild­ren, Aubrey ( Travis), Trevor, Devyn, Donovan, Zack ( Jordan), and Akira; three great- grandchild­ren, Rowan, Mila- Gray, and Elizabeth; brother, Frank Hardage, and many more beloved family members and dear friends.

Cremation was service of choice.

Memorial services will be held in Arkansas and California. To be announced at a later date.
