Bids must be received prior to 2:00 p.m., local time, on Tuesday, November 1, 2022; bids will be subsequently opened and read aloud by a representative of the Owner.
Prospective Bidders shall be licensed Contractors in the State of California, and qualified pursuant to California Code of Regulations Section 13800, et seq. and the requirements of Lahontan Regional Water Quality Control Board.
The work, located in Coleville, CA includes drilling and construction a new domestic well, and rehabilitation an existing well, and well development and testing as indicated on the plans and specifications.
