Water supply dictates allocation reduction

Will the Marin Municipal Water District Board of Directors please explain to all its customers how MMWD is going to supply a livable water delivery to the more than 13,000 new residents that could move to Marin County following the housing mandate allocation for our area by Sacramento officials and the Association of Bay Area Governments?

From my perspective, it is clear that MMWD is having trouble keeping its current customers supplied with a livable amount of water.
