Board to vet slate of building projects

The town Advisory Design Review Group plans to assess four residential projects at its meeting tonight.

Homeowners have filed permit applications for three of the projects. One proposal involves the construction of an accessory apartment and a pool house expansion at 5 Ames Ave. Another involves a new pool and decks at 3 Willow Hill Road. Another proposes new first- and secondstory additions at 15 Skyland Way.

The board will also conduct a pre-application review on a preliminary design for the remodel and expansion of the home at 40 Madrona Ave.
