Planning board sets home plan reviews

The Planning Commission has scheduled hearings next week on three residential construction projects.

One application proposes a remodeling and a deck expansion at 217 Scenic Road. Another proposes a two-story garage at 136 Tamalpais Road. The third seeks a 1,011-square-foot, twostory addition to the 714-square-foot residence at 152 Porteous Ave. The Porteous Avenue project also calls for a parking variance.
