JIM SMITH 53

Built for an avid, experienced fisherman, the latest build from Jim Smith Tournament Boats will be a 53-foot walkaround. It will be based in the Florida Keys and will fish extensively along the East Coast as well as in the Bahamas. The hull is cold-molded, while the topsides and other components are composite foam and glass construction, producing a boat that is light, strong and fast. The 53 is expected to cruise at 36.5 knots at 2,000 rpm, with a top speed of 43 knots.
