In 1971, Fairmont Homes began building value for homeowners in Nappanee, Indiana. From our beginnings, we have been devoted to using solid construction and high-quality components. We adhere to our standards to provide longterm durability and peaceof-mind to our homeowners, while offering a fresh, modern look and a warm, comfortable aesthetic.
In 2015, we joined an even larger family of companies through our acquisition by Cavco Industries. Cavco, based out of Phoenix, Arizona, is one of the largest producers of manufactured homes, park models RVs, and modular homes in the United States.
Together, Cavco and Fairmont Homes share a similar business philosophy of manufacturing superior, energy efficient homes for the modern day home buyer — an added advantage of quality, value, and innovation.
At Fairmont Homes, our employees are important to us. In both the manufacturing facilities and in the offices, we have dedicated people that we are proud to work with on a daily basis and who are loyal members of our Fairmont Family.
Our facility has 290,000 square feet and 31 line positions, equipped to manufacture HUD homes, modulars, Canadian homes, and park models for Canada and the USA — all at our Nappanee, Indiana location. We installed new, high tech roofs in 2019 to keep our state- of- the- art facilities temperature-controlled so we may provide the best homes and park models to our customers. And for our valued employees, we have an on-site chiropractor plus new break rooms for them to enjoy on a daily basis.

We are always innovative with new ideas, aware of keeping costs lower for our end users, and perceptive of our processes to retain quality in all we manufacture.
