Cran­berry Man­hat­tan ( be­low, left) Fill a cock­tail shaker with ice. Add 2 ounces rye whiskey, 2 ta­ble­spoons cran­berry sauce, 1 ounce sweet ver­mouth, and a few dashes of An­gos­tura bit­ters. Cover; shake vig­or­ously for 15 sec­onds. Strain into a glass with ice and serve. Cran­berry Paloma Run a grape­fruit wedge around the rim of a high­ball glass; dip rim in

mar­garita salt. Fill glass with ice. Add 2 ounces

tequila or mez­cal and 2 ta­ble­spoons cran­berry sauce, then top with 2 ounces grape­fruit soda (such as San Pel­le­grino Pom­pelmo). Stir once, gar­nish with grape­fruit wedge, and serve.
