Gomes graduates training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland

U.S. Air Force Reser ve Airman 1st Class Marche D. Gomes graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas.

Gomes is the daughter of Reba Y. Gomes of Newport News, Va., sister of Tyra A. Gomes of Lake Worth, Fla., and niece of Linda A. Sain of Waldorf. She is also the mother of Devyn M. Underwood and Ricardo J. Underwood.

Gomes is a 2001 graduate of Central Magnet High School, Bridgeport, Conn., and earned a bachelor’s degree in 2005 from Hampton University, Hampton, Va.
