The luncheon is at 12:10 p.m. Thursday at the Plaza Room at Hillcrest Plaza, 210 Julie Drive, Yuba City. The social hour starts at 11:10 a.m.

Lunch is $15 per person. Spouses and guests are welcome to attend.

Wood is also the chapter’s second vice president, treasurer and assistant chaplain.

Website developer Non Profit Dynamics is creating websites for MOAA chapters nationwide compatible with each other.

Two Yuba-sutter residents were named to 2017 fall semester dean’s list of Simpson University in Redding. Named were:

Annie Christophe­rson of Brownsvill­e; majoring in pre-nursing.

Lynsey Sullivan of Browns Valley; majoring in world missions.

A total of 173 students were named to the dean’s list for the semester.
