Although the Warren family closed escrow on the home in 2016, Sara said her family has been living with her brother and his family for the last year while waiting for construction on their new home to be completed.

Her family is eager to move into their home within the next couple of weeks, Warren said. The move comes just in time for the birth of their son, due in five weeks.

“We are all just excited to finally get out of the one bedroom,” Warren said.
