Michael L. Moore, 21, of Oroville, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 8:51 p.m. Feb. 7 in the 800 block of Colusa Avenue on suspicion of driving a car without consent. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

38, of the 1400 block of Lisa Way, Marysville, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 4:25 a.m. Feb. 8 at Arboga Road on suspicion of impersonation. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
