Hobbies, interests: Hiking, quilting, cooking and reading.
What brought you to the Yuba-sutter area? I grew up in Colusa, moved away after high school to Santa Cruz and then Los Angeles, but country life was more my cup of tea, and besides my whole family is here.
What do you like about the area? The small town feel. I enjoy the Sutter Buttes and I love how the community supports each other in a time of need.
Where would you like to retire to/live for a year? I would like to retire and live in Nashville, Tenn., or Fort Worth, Texas. I would like to go
to Thailand.
What is the closest you’ve been to a famous person? I’ve met a few country and Spanish artists. I also used to work at Disneyland and got the opportunity to meet some there.
What would you do with a million dollars? Pay my house and bills off and open my own catering business.
Favorite memory to share: This year at Thanksgiving, I got to attend the Dallas Cowboys versus Washington Redskins game.
What did you want to be when you were a kid? Sports commentator.
Favorite places in the area: I like going to Happy Viking or Sutter Buttes Brewing with friends to catch up.
