PET OF THE WEEK: IVY
This week’s Pet of the Week is Ivy.
Ivy is a 1-1/2 year old Dachshund mix. Sweet Ivy has come a long way since coming into foster care. Found roaming the streets of Yuba City with her siblings, she was a very scared girl when we first met her. Ivy is very shy when first approached but with lots of love and patience, she comes out of her shell and will show you her true sweet personality. She has lived with her foster family since March 15th and is adjusting very well. She loves playing with toys and other dogs and running around the backyard. So a home with a yard is a must for this sweet girl.
She is using the doggie door, working on her potty training and doing good while walking on the leash. She would do best in a calm household with older children and small dogs.
Ivy is spayed, up to date on shots, heart worm tested negative and microchipped. She is currently in foster care with Resqpaws. If you would like to meet Ivy, contact Resqpaws at info@resqpaws.org for an application or more information.
