FELONY ARRESTS

Erick Israel Vilchis-garcia, 37, of Oakland, was arrested by the California Department of Fish and Game at 3:16 p.m. Oct. 23 at Spenceville Wildlife Area, on suspicion of carrying a loaded firearm in public and possession of an assault weapon. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Elijah Blue Felix, 20, of Sacramento, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff’s Office at 6:29 p.m. Oct. 23 at the 1200 block of Colusa Avenue, on suspicion of burglary. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Nicholas Hugh Whatley, 31, of the 3100 block of Live Oak Boulevard, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff’s Office at 1:30 p.m. Oct. 23 at Sycamore Avenue/riverside Drive, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to sell. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Gregory Liggett, 46, of the 200 block of Lynn Way, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 8:50 a.m. Oct. 23 at the 1200 block of Plumas Street, on suspicion of bringing a controlled substance into a jail/prison. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

DUI ARRESTS

Terrance Bernier, 42, of the 4400 block of Seykota Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 2:56 a.m. Oct. 23 at State Highway 70 northbound, north of Nicolaus Avenue. He was booked into the Sutter County

Jail.

Amy Stapleton-horn, 47, of the 400 block of Bird Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 9:53 p.m. Oct. 23 at Tierra Buena and Eager Road. She was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

America Tonche, 21, of Sacramento, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 11:30 p.m. Oct. 23 at State Highway 99 southbound, south of Central Avenue. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.
