Clay Target Shoot To Be Held Feb. 4
Enjoy shooting flying targets? Enjoy a good breakfast? You can do both at the 6th Annual Groundhog Day Breakfast and Trap Shoot sponsored by the Sugar Creek Gobblers.
The event will be held on Saturday, Feb. 4, at the Bighorn Ranch located in eastern Mcdonald County (www.thebighornranch.com). Breakfast will be served at 9 a. m. followed by shooting activities and raffle games.
Cost for both breakfast and a round of trap shooting is $ 25 for adults and only $15 for youth younger than 16. Participants shall provide their own ammunition and are encouraged to bring a chair. Nonshooters can attend the breakfast for $10. Participants who register by Feb. 1 will receive $5 in raffle tickets for multiple door prizes.
The Sugar Creek Gobblers are the Mcdonald County chapter of the National Wild Turkey Federation and actively support special events that promote outdoor activities and Missouri’s hunting heritage to both novice and experienced individuals.
