2C. Kettlebell Halo

Hold a kettlebell bottom-up at chest level. In one fluid motion, rotate the bell around your head in a clockwise direction, keeping it close to your body, pausing briefly at the start position. On the next rep, move counterclo­ckwise. Complete 10 reps with 1 min. rest between trisets for 4 total rounds.
