- BY CHUCK BARNEY East Bay Times

DON’T MISS: “Chernobyl” — This riveting fivepart miniseries dramatizes the massive 1986 explosion at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant in Ukraine – one of the worst humanmade catastrophes in history. The cast is headlined by Jared Harris and Emily Watson, who play Soviet nuclear physicists called upon to deal with the calamity. (9 p.m. Monday, HBO).
