She’s putting more of her money and time on the line with these new undertakings, but at the same time, she is trying to manage a strained business relationship, cope with permit delays and fight annoying stop-work orders. Her properties often feature vintage fireplace mantles, antique mirrored closet doors and salvaged and repurposed furniture pieces.

9 PM ( OWN) They Call Me Dad This new one-hour special celebrates Black fatherhood by profiling celebrities who, away from the spotlight, have forged a special bond with their kids simply by doing an admirable thing: being a loving father to them. For these fathers, quality time with their children can encompass a variety of activities, from braiding hair to coaching sports teams or, most critically, having challenging conversations about racism in modern America. Bishop T.D. Jakes, two-time Super Bowl champion Malcolm Jenkins and Grammy-winning gospel artist Kirk Franklin are among those featured.

10 PM ^ Building the American Dream Filmmaker Chelsea Hernandez chronicles the powerful saga of immigrant construction workers fighting for justice in an industry riddled by forces eager to exploit them in this new onehour documentary. Set in Texas, where a massive construction boom has been heralded as the “Texas miracle,” the film charts the rise of a workers’ movement in the face of widespread construction industry injustices ranging from non-payment of wages to lifethreatening work conditions.

10 PM ( COM) Tosh.0 Daniel Tosh returns for the 12th and final season of his long-running and irreverent comedy series, in which he talks about social media and internet trends, while also giving the unlucky victims of embarrassing viral videos a chance to redeem themselves. In announcing its cancellation of what had been a flagship show for the network, executives explained that Comedy Central is moving away from live-action scripted fare in favor of more adult animation such as “South Park.”

10 PM ( FOOD) Chopped Sweets This spinoff with a sweet-tooth continues its second season with “Dangerous Decadence,” in which the rival chefs work with such dangerously delicious ingredients as a scary, hairy creepycrawly that appears in the first-round basket. The second basket, which spans the range from moldy to superstinky, continues that theme. Scott Conant is the host; Maneet Chauhan and John Kanell are the judges.

10:01 PM & Transplant With his future at the hospital hanging in the balance, Bash (Hamza Haq) diagnoses a young patient with a rare disease that should have been preventable in the new episode “Your Secrets Can Kill You.” Mags (Laurence Lebeouf), meanwhile, is confronted with a case that stumps her. June (Ayisha Issa) tries to keep her colleagues from finding out she’s dating someone on the staff, and Theo (Jim Watson) makes a long overnight drive to spend a single day with his family in Sudbury.
