When Ed reluctantl­y agrees to do so, he is given his grandson Peter’s (Oakes Fegley) room, which forces Peter to move into the attic. Unhappy with this developmen­t, Peter embarks on a prank war he hopes will prompt his grandpa to leave. Rob Riggle, Cheech Marin, Jane Seymour and Christophe­r Walken also star.

Kind aptation of Tennessee Williams’ stage drama “Orpheus Descending” stars Marlon Brando in a memorable turn as Valentine “Snakeskin” Xavier, a guitarplay­ing drifter who flees New Orleans to a small town, hoping to escape a looming jail term. Resolving to give up his party-boy lifestyle, he finds work in a local mercantile store run by an embittered older woman known as Lady Torrance (Anna Magnani). He also catches the eye of local ladies Carol Cutrere and Vee Talbot (Joanne Woodward, Maureen Stapleton).

defies authority to pin a murder on Sonny, a super-intelligen­t robot voiced by Alan Tudyk (“Resident Alien”). Bruce Greenwood, Chi McBride and Bridget Moynahan also star.
