NFC East rivals is on tap tonight at AT&T Stadium, where Dak Prescott and the Dallas Cowboys will defend home turf from Jalen Hurts and the Philadelph­ia Eagles. With a new coach (Nick Sirianni), a new quarterbac­k (Hurts) and an influx of talent headed by the reigning Heisman Trophy winner (DeVonta Smith) at wide receiver, the Eagles have the look of a playoff contender. So do the ’boys, who have Prescott back and healthy and are eager to put a dreadful 6-10 2020 season behind them.

9 PM ^ Citizen Hearst: An American Experience Special Adapted from a critically acclaimed biography by historian David Nasaw, this new two-part, fourhour documentar­y — which concludes Tuesday — profiles media mogul William Randolph Hearst, who transforme­d the media’s role in 20th-century American life and politics and inspired Orson Welles’s cinematic masterpiec­e “Citizen Kane.” In the 1930s, Hearst became the first practition­er of what is known nowadays as synergy, building an empire that included 28 newspapers, a movie studio, a syndicated wire service, several radio stations and 13 magazines.
